Awaken 05 Seeds of Passion and Position

This labyrinth allows for the awakening of our heart's desire, as an everflowing, deeper and deeper connection to what is- our desire flows from this connection and fuels the connection. The underlying principle in this labyrinth is our ability to transform to obtain our heart's desire.


Day 27  In this day the starform supports us in balancing serotonin

Before we move any further it is good to know what serotonin is and how it affects us.
According to medicalnewstoday.com  an article written by James McIntosh and reviewed by Dr.Helen Webberley :  Serotonin is an important chemical neurotransmitter in the human body it is regarded by some researchers as a chemical that is responsible for maintaining mood balance and that deficit of serotonin leads to depression.
It  is thought that serotonin can affect mood and social behavior, appetite and digestion, sleep, memory and sexual desire and function. So we can begin to understand the importance of having balanced serotonin and how it would prevent us from creating our hearts desire.

But the GOOD NEWS is walking the stages and being in the energy of the starform automatically starts healing this within us!!

Walking Day 27:   Starform   (Aries,Taurus, Solar Winds, Flux Field of earth)

Aries supports us in neuro healing, the balancing of our serotonin the excitatory and inhibitory. If these are not balanced in bringing hearts desire into form we will overly attach or associate to the wrong things. If they are not in association with one of the aspects of creation.
 As we move in the neuro path in relationship to others.... Releasing any fear of creation. We begin settling into the creation energy of the sea. As I am with this I feel tension in the back of my head release and my brain begins to adjust as I release. As I Inhale up into my head I feel a support in my head as I sense the energy of the starform balancing my serotonin. The sensation it gives is if you had a pressure in your head  and it begins to release and you start getting relief.  Meeting the starform energy it is ever gentle and moves into me like a wave allowing the creation energy,energy of others and the starform to support neuro pathways to heal,  I feel calm and relaxed like just floating in water. I feel the affects that the starform energy has on me as it releases and balances. 

Being able to heal myself in such a deep way means the world to me. I don't have to rely on going to doctors and taking the next newest prescribed antidepressant. I simply remain in the starform of the day and my body receives the energy it needs to balance and heal so I may transform to obtain my hearts desire.

Stage 5: Seeds of Passion and Position

Hello Everyone,

I want to begin this writing reflecting back on the the year and half that I've been doing the stages and gaining my energetic development.  I may be repeating myself from previous blogs however I want to emphasize how powerful and life saving the stages are.  There is no fixing ourselves, no self improvement, there is only becoming whole/complete and waking up to who we are, communicating, being in releationship with what is, sensing the truth, knowing what is real and what is not.   How do you accomplish this . . . by doing the 13 stages.  The benefits are endless.

I listened to Day 1 of Stage 5 which focuses on preparing us to know our passion and heart's desire and clearing out what is false. I came into a deep knowing that doing this work and dedicating my life to making this information known and available to humanity is my heart's desire.  Since I started searching for the truth over 25 years ago I wasn't surprised that is has been a driving passion from an early age.  We all have a passion deep within us.  Our heart yearn's for our energetic development and it is our birth right.  Day 1 made me feel strong, capable, and excited to continue to grow in my development and help others do the same.

Awaken 05 Seeds of passion and position

Day 9

        Today as I walked I understood the intense role of the starform and how it is always working to support us in our development. The support that i received today was for my body energy fueled the transformation to create my hearts desire. Being in the body energy states corner of the labrinth my body energy moved deep into my core, my backline of my structure charges and it also charged the sideline of my body bringing in this charge supports the transormation. Being supported in this way allows me to transform my hearts desire to be able to bring it into form to hold it and move through this lifetime being with and creating through my hearts desire. I am always awakened to the energetic support and the sensing of the energy that is there helping me to develop, deeply feeling the energy as it charges allows me to sense and know that transformation to create hearts desire is truely taking form!!

Awaken Cycle 5, Day 1 - Passion Seeds of Transformation

Kiera speaks of permission to have our hearts desire and the energy to transform whatever we need to transform in order to obtain it. In order to do this we first begin to clear. She talks about how often times our hearts desire has been twisted, morphed or changed by coming into contact with many things.

We first focus on releasing loss of belief that your essence can obtain your heart’s desire. Hearing the words wash over me this hits home as I have often experienced this loss of belief due to the many times I’ve tried so hard to do different things in my life in order to achieve my perceived heart’s desire that I lose the belief that it is possible.

Feels healing very healing as I listen to this and sink into the star form. I try not to focus too much on what was twisted and altered on a cognitive level and just release. Feel very calm by the end of listening to day of the 5^th cycle. 

Awaken-05 Passion and Position

Awaken-05 Passion and Position was an insightful stage for me, although it was not necessarily at first.  My third time through this stage is when I became aware of my passion.  I believe I knew it and worked toward it but did not acknowledge it consciously.  This work is my passion.

In preparing to do this blog I was drawn to Day 22.  Gathering more essence and being clear it is mine.  It is important to separate our essence from others as we gather.  For me this extends into regular life in not letting others influence us.  We need to hold true to what we sense as being right.  Knowing and following our sensing is coming into our position.
